Return Policy

May I return my order?

For purchases from www.juverest.com in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any used or unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase for refund. JuveRest cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased from other retailers. If your product was not purchased at juverest.com, please contact the retailer where the JuveRest product was purchased for information on its return policies.

Return Instructions Please follow these detailed instructions to ensure an easy return process:
  • Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by emailing customerservice@juverest.com or by filling out the contact form within 60 days of purchase.
  • Indicate the reason for your return request.
  • Provide the original order number.
  • You will receive an RMA along with the return shipping address and instructions by email within 2 business days.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging and include all parts.
  • You must include the original receipt to receive a refund.
  • JuveRest does not provide prepaid postage labels. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the return merchandise.
  • JuveRest will not issue a refund for any returns that are lost or damaged.
Return Processing

After we receive your return package, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to the original method of payment. Please note banks, credit cards, and PayPal may take longer to post funds to your account.

Warranty Claims

Should you receive defective products, the return is covered under the Limited Warranty.
