How long is the transition period?

If you are a stomach or “fetal position” sleeper, it may take a few nights to become accustomed to great sleep posture.
In an independent study of JuveRest, some reported it took up to two-to-four weeks to get completely used to sleeping on JuveRest, but participants felt the adjustment period was well worth the effort! The two-to-four week time period is in line with research conducted by national sleep experts, which found it can take a few weeks to adjust to new bedding, including mattresses and pillows.
