How long is the transition period?
Experience has shown JuveRest is immediately comfortable for most people. However, some experience an adjustment period as their body transitions to the proper, healthy sleep posture JuveRest provides. If you are a stomach or “fetal position” sleeper, it may take a few nights to become accustomed to great sleep posture.
In an independent study of JuveRest, some reported it took up to two-to-four weeks to get completely used to sleeping on JuveRest, but participants felt the adjustment period was well worth the effort! The two-to-four week time period is in line with research conducted by national sleep experts, which found it can take a few weeks to adjust to new bedding, including mattresses and pillows.
|Nights 1-3||Nights 4-7||Nights 8+|
|Rotate your regular pillow with JuveRest every other night*||Use JuveRest for 2-3 nights, regular pillow for 1 night||Only use JuveRest|
Note: For the first few nights, it may be necessary to start out using JuveRest pillow for only a few hours per night, then increasing time on JuveRest.
Is the pillow comfortable?
Yes. JuveRest is specifically designed with soft, flexible and resilient foam, which provides comfortable support in both back and side sleeping positions, providing a great night’s sleep while minimizing facial contact with the pillow. Once accustomed, most people find not only do they look better, but they also feel better with JuveRest than they did sleeping on their old pillows, due to improved posture and comfort.
Why is the transition necessary?
Your body is accustomed to sleeping a certain way. Right or wrong, your habitual sleep posture has a lot to do with the transition from a regular pillow to JuveRest. Just like when you start a new workout routine, your body will feel different. THIS IS NOT A BAD THING. In fact, it means The Sleep Wrinkle Pillow is working!

Your body is finally allowed to unwind from unhealthy sleep posture, which not only helps you get a
better night’s sleep, but also helps minimize and prevent the formation of sleep wrinkles and facial
distortion which affects delicate facial skin’s firmness and elasticity.
Using the JuveRest Pillow may not be appropriate for people with certain medical conditions such as sleep apnea, gastroesophageal reflux, pregnancy or who have had surgery or have other conditions affecting their upper body. For these people, the advice of a health care professional should be sought before trying any new type of pillow or adopting new sleep positions.
