Return PolicyMay I return my order?
For purchases from www.juverest.com in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any used or unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase for refund. JuveRest cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased from other retailers. JuveRest® The Sleep Wrinkle PillowHow do I sleep on the JuveRest® Pillow?
The central panel is used for back sleeping by placing the back of your head in the circular HEAD CRADLE.
The side panels are for side sleeping only your shoulder should be fitted snugly into the SHOULDER CRADLE, with your face directed outward toward the edge of the pillow. The back of your head, chin and forehead will be supported by the “horseshoe” shaped LATERAL SUPPORT and your ear lightly supported on the top step of the STAIR-STEPPED AREA.
From back sleeping on the central panel, simply roll over to your left or right side -- No need to lift your body or move the pillow. The pillow is designed so you will naturally fall into the proper side sleeping position.
Due to the complex geometrical design of the JuveRest® Pillow, minor surface imperfections may appear from the molding process. These imperfections do not affect the function or performance of your pillow.My JuveRest® Pillow appears to be discoloring. Is that normal?
It is normal and expected that the pillow will discolor unevenly over time from exposure to light and air. All polyurethane foams are synthetic products made primarily from various petroleum-based components. Upon removing the product from the packaging, you may notice a distinct scent or smell that is typically associated with new foam. Although people encounter foam products every day and foam is considered to be hypoallergenic, there are some people who may be hypersensitive to the scent and/or the product components. Therefore, we recommend that upon opening the product packaging, you allow the pillow to air out by itself in a well ventilated space for at least twenty-four hours before use to allow any scent to dissipate. If you are hypersensitive to foam or other similar materials, you may want to avoid contact with the product until the scent dissipates.Can anyone use the JuveRest® Pillow?
Yes. A great deal of work went into designing the multi-patented pillow and its material with very specific contours, density and flexibility. Designed to support the head, neck and shoulders in proper alignment, the pillow comfortably accommodates everyone, including men and women, excluding the very extremes in size or weight. Using the JuveRest Pillow may not be appropriate for people with certain medical conditions such as sleep apnea, gastroesophageal reflux, pregnancy or who have had surgery or have other conditions affecting their upper body. For these people, the advice of a health care professional should be sought before trying any new type of pillow or adopting new sleep positions.
JuveRest® The Sleep Wrinkle Pillow Zippered CoverHow do I put the zippered cover on the JuveRest pillow?
Lay zippered cover flat on a large surface, top side up. (The top side of the cover has tailored panels to match the contours of the top of the pillow)
Place zippered cover over the front corners of the pillow, adjusting the proper fit on one front corner then the other.
The zippered cover snugly fits JuveRest® The Sleep Wrinkle Pillow, so you may need to gently move the cover down each side of the pillow until the pillow is completely covered.
When the pillow is completely covered, close the zipper.
Yes. We recommend using a standard pillowcase 31 inches or longer over the zippered cover that comes with your pillow to extend use between washings of the zippered cover. Using a pillowcase will not affect your pillow’s function or performance so long as the case is loose enough to accommodate JuveRest’s curves and indentations.What is the zippered pillow cover made of?
The stretch velour zippered cover is made of 75% cotton/25% polyester.Can I wash my JuveRest® The Sleep Wrinkle Pillow zippered cover?
Yes. You may wash the zippered cover as with any bed linen. Simply remove the zippered cover from the pillow. Machine wash in warm water. Tumble dry on a low heat setting.
